DOMESTIC DELIVERY

A) How does the delivery process work?

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order .
Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
Your item is packed securely & recorded and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking details from where you can track your order.
Then, your item is shipped to your location.
In case we are unable to track your address we will arange a call on the number provided by the customer.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to ship the products within 6-7 working days, since all the products are made-to-order, in few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

E) In Case of express shipping INR250 will be charged from the customer

F)Shipping is Free for all Prepaid and COD orders.

G) For certain unaccessible or remote areas the customer needs to provide any other alternative address where the delivery is possible.

H) Once the order is shipped the minimum delivery time is 5-6 working days depending on the areas. At some cases it can be extended upto 9-10 working days.
